Tortochot 家族世居於 Gevrey Chambertin，從一個小葡萄農開始，歷經三個世代的經營，逐漸發展成頗具規模的家族酒莊，擁有 10 公頃的葡萄園，分布於 Gevrey 到 Clos Vougeot 之間，目前由創始人的曾孫女 Chantal Tortochot 掌管。
