Henri Boillot其實是 Volnay 村內酒廠 Jean Boillot 的主人，1993 年起繼承父親 Jean Boillot 經營莊園，出產數款 Volnay 紅酒與 Puligny 白酒，評價也都十分不錯。但從 1999 年起才開始的 Maison Henri Boillot 白酒，才是真正讓人驚豔之作。
